Setup and troubleshooting
iOS / iPadOS audio input
Sungalizer needs microphone or audio-input permission to react to live sound on iPhone or iPad.
iOS / iPadOS internal audio
Sungalizer does not capture internal system audio directly on iPhone or iPad. To visualize sound from another app, use the device microphone or send the source into a compatible audio interface.
macOS desktop audio
Allow microphone access when macOS asks if you use a microphone or external audio input. For desktop playback, allow Screen & System Audio Recording when prompted, then reopen Sungalizer if macOS requests it.
Deactivate or uninstall on macOS
In Sungalizer, choose Sungalizer > Deactivate Licence / Uninstall Sungalizer… and confirm while connected to the internet. Then quit the app and move Sungalizer from the Applications folder to the Trash. Deactivating first frees one of your two device activations.
Windows desktop audio
If Microsoft Edge asks for confirmation during download, choose Keep, then Show more and Keep anyway. If Windows displays SmartScreen when you open the installer, choose More info, then Run anyway. Allow microphone access if asked when using a microphone or external audio input.
No sound or no movement
Check that microphone or audio-input permission is enabled, your source is active, and the correct input is selected when the platform supports source selection.
